On my other site Rookiejournal.com I've talked about bodybuidling and functional training in detail. Today I saw a funny video that got me thinking on that topic again. Here's the video. It shows a synthol loaded freak who goes by the name Rich Piana - he is close to 300lbs and got owned by a 150lbs fighter. He had no conditioning, agility, hell even strength. I guess his synthol loaded arms and ugly tattoos on his body did not help.
To me this is not a surprise. Obviously a well trained fighter would be able to outlast a heavy man who has not technical skill whatsoever.
All show no go. With the being said I think bodybuilding is functional unless you are a bag full of oil.
Slap that ass.
