Me Against The World

You are alone. Nobody wants to help you. You have no real friends. Your parents consider you a failure and do not respect you. You just don't meet their expectations. What's going to happen? Will you ever get to know what love is? Is there love at all or it's all a scam the books and movies have played on you just to sell more copies? You are not in a position to know the answer to those questions. You think you can come up with something but when you try to apply it in the real world there is always a new variable added to the equation which shatters everything you thought you knew.

People love to see others fail. They love to point fingers at those who just don't meet society's expectations. It's like watching someone else suffer and feel happy that this time it's not you on the burning chair. The definition of a loser increases constantly. Every year there is a new one added to the list. When you are a child the loser is the one who does not have the fancy toys. When you are an adult the loser is the one that is not rich and married with children. When things don't come to you at the right time you start asking yourself whether you have become the 'loser', are you the student who failed the exam everybody else seems to pass? Where does that leave you? How do you make it work? Will life ever going to happen for you? In situations like this there is only one way to survive – declare war on the world and fight for your space on this planet.

The world is a bad place to be. It has always been like that. Everything seems to be money and what is not money today usually becomes money tomorrow. There are no guarantees that your life will be a movie. It's cold here and nobody can make it warm for you.

Nobody. It's just you against the world.

6 Reasons To Delete Your Facebook Account

1.Protection of personal data

Having personal data online can be risky. You know something is wrong when you can see someone in a swimsuit by just typing his or her name in the search box of a free to access web-site. If you are in war would you provide information to your enemies? 10 years ago uploading your life online for millions to see would have been labeled as a ludicrous action but big egos and narcissism are hard to beat.

2.Boredom

Facebook could be a super boring place where individuals are constantly sharing annoying information nobody is interested in. All the pages look the same and there is zero creativity options given to the users. It's like a phonebook. Browsing through the different profiles who all look the same and contain annoying memes and e-cards can make a person drift away.

3.Fake social circle expansion

While Facebook is a place where people are supposed to make friends and meet new contacts this rarely occurs. The majority of humans use Facebook merely as a chat client to communicate with their friends and family. Strangers who want to “be friends with you” are either treated as total creeps and stalkers or are simply ignored and left to enjoy their online death.

4.Be different

While all of your friends are constantly on their phones pressing the screen like made maniacs you have a chance to be different and act like you are above all of this. Some will look up to you while others will consider you weird and close minded. Whatever it is you will stand out from the crowd.

5.Save time

If you love life, don't waste time, for time is what life is made up of.
-Bruce Lee

Spending hours on Facebook just to list through the photos of your ex-girlfriend or boyfriend is not very productive in the long term. Once you delete your Facebook account you may feel like you've lost your job since a lot of free time will be left. You can use it to play video games or read IronGangsta.com. No irony intended.

6.Nobody gives a fuck

This is the biggest problems of all – nobody gives a fuck what you are doing on Facebook. Even people who stalk you are doing it just to help themselves feel better by seeing that you have miserable life too. That's the truth. Nobody cares what are you favorite movies, music groups and whatever the fuck is on your mind.

Facebook is all about: “Look at me! Me! Me! Me!”. It's meant to be used as an easy, affordable and fast way to make you feel like you are the center of attention even though you are not. If you go and delete your Facebook account today nobody will care. If somebody notices, consider yourself lucky.

P.S. It's ironic that I am about to post that article on the Facebook page of IronGangsta.com.

Life Goes On: Layne Norton Wins

In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.

-Robert Frost

Today it became official – Mr. Dr. Layne Norton has won his battle against the CEO of Ice Cream Fitness Jason Blaha. {More}. For those of you who don't know a few months ago Mr. Jason Blaha accused Mr. Dr. Layne Norton of using illegal drugs such as anabolic steroids during his preparations for bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions. According to the official information in the media Mr. Dr. Layne Norton has spent over USD 24,000 on legal fees during the whole process. Some time ago IronGangsta.com would have written a much angrier intro than the one above. Today, however, we see no point in doing so.

There are certain things in life that make you feel like you are trying to break the wall with your head – in the end you are always the loser. One of those things is fighting against money. You can't win the fight against money. Money always wins because it has a larger following. Mr. Dr. Layne Norton and his egoistically driven lawsuit are a good example. USD 24,000 or so were spent on an accusation made on YouTube.com. There are countries where in order to earn that kind of money you have to work for years but in this case we have big corporate supplements companies ready to cover the losses in order to make even more cash.

The goals seem to justify the means, as always.

Big money is always made by taking little and sometime not so little from average people who work 10 hours or more every day just to be alive. There are no exceptions to this rule – TV stars, Hollywoods stars, Rock stars, bodybuilding stars, cigarette companies, drug dealers – all of them make money by taking a little bit from ordinary people every single day. This is something that will never change and should be looked at as a constant factor, similar to the way people treat things like death and aging – no way to escape. The fact that supplement companies will continue to present IFBB pros as natural bodybuilders using anabolic steroids is also one of those things. IronGangsta has been informing its readers about similar issues since the start but we don't expect the injustice to stop in this lifetime. Our fight is sort of like Bill Maher's fight against religion. {More}

Life will go on and people will continue to buy protein powders (food for pigs), creatine (expensive urine), amino acids...etc in the hope to get shredded and big and fill emotional voids. In the meanwhile the muscle magazines will forever use the image of steroids addicts to sell their goods to the new suckers born every minute. During the process well connected lawyers will continue to get their fat checks for finding loop holes day after day.

IronGangsta.com does not have a solution to this problem. We can tell you what we consider to be the truth but it all ends there and the fitness world is just a small example of the corrupt world we are all part of and to which we all contribute consciously or not. There are no saints on this planet. There will never be.

In just a few words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it's a “bitch” and it goes on.

“gangsta” version of Robert Forst's quote.

P.S. Mr. Dr. Layne Norton has written in his official report that fans of Mr. Jason Blaha have threatened the family of the former. We can't possibly know if that's true or not but just in case we recommend that you read this article.

The Art Of Manipulation

To me manipulation is a game/art with one goal in mind - make people do what you want them to do while they believe they do it all for themselves.

The most commonly observed form of manipulation happens between "lovers". We all know that bitch (works for both males and females) that likes to play games with your emotions and feelings while he/she is only trying to use you for something, usually money or sex.

"Public relations is at best promotion or manipulation, at worst evasion and outright deception. What it is never about is a free flow of information."

- Heather Brooke

When people are in love they are in fact very vulnerable because it's very easy to misunderstand the whole situation and get hurt.

It happens every day.....

Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up.

-Neil Gaiman

Another serious form of this art is the media induced manipulation. This is a very dangerous one since the media can have serious impact on the human subconscious mind.

The movie Wag The Dog (1997) is a good example of how strong the media can be - it's called Fourth Estate for a good reason.

Please, in the comment section share a manipulation story. We've all been puppets at one point or another !
