Jim Morris, 78-Year-Old Vegan Bodybuilder – Is He Natural Or Not?

Jim Morris /78 y.o./ is a vegan and a former bodybuilder champion who posed to show off his young looking body for a new compaign organized by PETA. The main idea is to break the idea that the vegan diet is not healthy and that chemically processed meat products are not the way to go.

The protein in animal products is so laden with fats and chemicals and all sorts of stuff that’s harmful to you,” said Morris to PETA.

While all of this sounds so sexy and cute we know that you just can't trust anybody these day. {More}. IronGangsta is here to tell you that Mr. Jim Morris is not a lifetime natural bodybuilder. In the photo below you can see him together with his friends Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, Eddie Guiliani, Joe Gold, Danny Padilla and Bob Paris. {All known steroids users!}

Obviously, Mr. Jim Morris is as big as well known steroid users who officially admitted steroid usage {Arnold}. While it may be all cool and magical to believe that what you see is what you get IronGangsta is here to make you think just a little deeper.

There are a lot examples of lifetime steroid users who have become mainstream examples for young looking bodies even at an advanced age. Below are just two examples:

Swedish bodybuilder Andreas Kahling at 60 years of age
French bodybuilder Serge Nubret at 66 years of age

The bodybuilders above have been on anabolic steroids and related products for a very long time. They are really an example that you can have a good body even at an old age, but there is more to it than just good training and proper nutrition.

Mr. Serge Nubret is a well known meat eater who used to consume a lot of horse meat during his prime and later on switched to beef. He had a great physique pretty much his whole life. Today, we see Mr. Jim Morris claiming that vegan diet is the way to go and uses his body to back it up. So, what is the secret in the end of the day? It seems that the absence or presence of meet is not the main thing that is going to help you achieve that sexy look. Things like good training, quality food, sleep and low stress life are important factors but the real deal breakers are HIGH hormone levels. That's what keeps the muscle on your frame. Since testosterone decreases as age advances you need to get it from an outside source which is something professional bodybuilders are all used to and do all the time. Even what is considered a normal TRT dose (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) makes a huge difference in how big you are.

Disclaimer: IronGangsta.com respects the accomplishments of Mr. Jim Morris, Mr. Serge Nubret and Mr.Andreas Kahling but as always there is more truth to every story.

Why You Should Not Train Like Serge Nubret

Serge Nubret is a legendary bodybuilder known for his aesthetic physique and flawless conditioning. However, as all professional bodybuilders he was delusional and not honest with the "little kids". Truth be told Serge Nubret's training had very little to do with the way he looked. He was famous for doing high reps and insane amount of sets per body part - training pretty much the whole day since he also liked to do sit-ups for 2 hours each day as cardio. He also liked to boast about how he only ate horse meat which to me is a complete disrespect to an animal such as the horse but this is a different story. You should only follow his schedule if you want to fail as a bodybuilder, waist enormous amount of time and money.

Nobody grows from pumping light weights. The real secret of Serge Nubret is called negma parabolin which was a powerful anabolic steroid no longer produced in its original form. Serge Nubret loved this drug since it was one of the most effective "supplements" out there. He even imported it in the USA since all bodybuilders liked to share their magic elixirs. Here is a little post coming from a supposed training partner of Serge Nubret:

"Yep, its true, for the most part, surge and i use to do sit ups for hours non stop, he did 1600 of them one time and made his ass raw from it, he dieted very hard, was always hungry, we use to use izameride, a really clean meth, thyroid, and about 3 different anabolics, triacana, some of his stories about what he used and the amounts he used them in freaked me out, and i told him wow its a wonder you're alive, he just giggled, he was very committed and serious."

So, while I cannot stand behind the above quote 100% there is no doubt in my mind that pumping gets you nowhere. Every bodybuilder out there likes to think of himself as something special, some kind of unseen before specimen who should do everything different. However when it boils down to the true essence that represents the difference between an average fitness maniac and IFBB pro from the past or today it's not training, diet, supplements...etc. It is drug protocols and response to anabolics that make the difference.

Serge Nubret had way beyond average genetics when it comes to upper body and this made him one of the bodybuilders with the most unique physiques out there. There are a lot of people who believe there is a secret, mysterious way to train and once they see a new secret coming from guys like Serge they always buy it and start following the next moronic bodybuilding program presented by just another delusional narcissistic pathological lair which is pretty much every professional bodybuilder.

No, you will not grow naturally if you start following Serge's program - the only thing you will achieve is damage your personal life and get you further away from your true purposes in life due to spending too much time in the gym hoping for those miracle muscles to pop.

I've been there many times. I've done those mistakes many times and I am telling you - it only ends one way.

Serge Nubret Was Not Natural

A few years before his death the legendary bodybuilder Serge Nubret, known also as the Black Panther, was on many popular training forums in order to promote his way of training and books. Of course a lot of kids were asking him if he was natural or not. His answer was always - yes. Of course this is not true and he has actually admitted drug usage in some magazines such as Musclemag where he said:

"For the last twenty years I have been exercising for three or four hours, six days a week and the only questions I got asked is what drugs do I take?  Nobody showed an interest in my training habits, yet this is what built my body, not drugs!  I have taken drugs yes, but I obtained 20" arms first.  All the drugs did was harden me up slightly.  I attribute my success to hard, long regular workouts and a diet which consists mainly of fish, meat, eggs and salads.  Only after a contest will I be tempted to each [sic] a couple of plates of spaghetti...and then within a few days, I am back on my spartan diet."

It's funny how every bodybuilder out there feels offended when the drug issue is asked and everybody likes to shift the talk to training and nutrition. And since you are probably going to ask - no, he didn't obtain 20 inches arms naturally. He had very good genetics but he was not natural.

You were probably reading his training routines - how he used to perform 30 sets per body part and eat pounds of horse meat everyday to achieve his physique.

You are probably planning to do the same thing and finally reach the land of dream bodies ?

You are also thinking that there is a training method out there which will make you a muscle god like Serge Nubret ?

Well, think again.

Serge Nubret was on gear for most of his life. The fact that somebody would believe even for a second that this guy was natural and his muscles are due to only training and horse meat is simply amazing and should receive an award for naivete.

The best way to lose money, time and effort only to get frustrated is to believe the bullshit of professional bodybuilders.
