Cordova is about 170 lbs at 5'8 or about 20+ pounds over his natural bodyweight. You can also see the obvious thickness, dryness and overall muscle quality represented by this man - you can't look like that naturally and there is only one way to get to that level...

Frank Zane - well known steroid abuser and former Mr. Olympia was 5'9 and his bodyweight was 185lbs in contest condition. So, Mr. Natural Muscles has similar physique to Frank Zane who was overdosing on everything you can think of ? Think again.
The "secret" to Jim Cordova's body are good genetics and quality drugs. That's it. Don't think even for a second that there are some undergound, unheard before training methods that will turn you into something similar. Here's what the Dr. Layne Norton has to say on the subject:
