A picture is worth a thousand words....

“People are afraid of themselves, of their own reality; their feelings most of all. People talk about how great love is, but that’s bullshit. Love hurts. Feelings are disturbing. People are taught that pain is evil and dangerous. How can they deal with love if they’re afraid to feel? Pain is meant to wake us up. People try to hide their pain. But they’re wrong. Pain is something to carry, like a radio. You feel your strength in the experience of pain. It’s all in how you carry it. That’s what matters. Pain is a feeling. Your feelings are a part of you. Your own reality. If you feel ashamed of them, and hide them, you’re letting society destroy your reality. You should stand up for your right to feel your pain.”

Bodybuilders Before And After Steroids

"A person will sometimes devote all his life to the development of one part of his body - the wishbone."
 - Robert Frost

As you know steroids are pretty effective at building muscular bodies and here's the real proof.

Phil Heat (born December 18, 1979 in Seattle, Washington) is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder and current Mr. Olympia.

I guess his tranformation is caused by "upping those carbs".

Joking aside to get to this level you need to take steroids, growth hormone, inject synthol into your muscles, eat fat burners and clen like candies...and then do some more of that.

Kevin Mark Levrone (born July 16, 1965) is a former American IFBB professional bodybuilder, blogger, musician, actor and health club owner.

Paul Dillett (born April 12, 1965 in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired IFBB professional bodybuilder. He resides in Toronto, Canada.

Check out Paul Dillet's awesome detransformation here.

Dorian Andrew Mientjez Yates (born 19 April 1962) is an English professional bodybuilder. He won the Mr. Olympia title six consecutive times.

Lee Andrew Priest McCutcheon (born 6 July 1972 in Newcastle, Australia) is a former IFBB professional bodybuilder and a current NABBA Professional athlete.

Kenneth Wheeler (born August 23, 1965, Fresno, California, United States), known as Flex Wheeler, is a former American IFBB professional bodybuilder. Wheeler won the Arnold Classic a record four times.

Bodyweight Circuits That Will Blow Your Mind

Here is a pretty cool bodyweight circuit that will "blow your mind". The following routine is pretty useful when you don't have access to a gym or simply want to take a break from the sweaty room full of steroid loaded men. Another benefit of similar bodyweight programs is that you can do them in the park where you can meet attractive women or men ! The park is free but be aware of the dogs and other animals - it's free for them too !

“You think your pain and your heartbreak are unprecedented in the history of the world, but then you read. It was books that taught me that the things that tormented me most were the very things that connected me with all the people who were alive, or who had ever been alive.”

― James Baldwin

You should perform 3 cycles of the following:

- 3 chin-ups/pull-ups;
- 30 sec wall sit;
- 12 dips;

I recommend that you do regular dips instead of chair dips if you are strong enough.

Also be very careful with chair dips because many people complain from shoulder pain due to the fact that the stretch at the front of the shoulder is even greater than during regular dips. Be careful !

- 8 bodyweights squats;

- 8 push-ups

- 2 pull-ups/chin-ups;

- 3 leg raises;

- 7 decline push-ups;

If you find that easy repeat the cycle six times or increase the repetitions.

OFF TOPIC (or is it ?)

Foods to Build Muscle

Guest post by Lauren Chung
You could spend minutes, hours, even months’ strength training in the gym and see little to no results if you aren’t eating right. In order to build muscle, your body requires plenty of protein. Switch up your meal plan and include all of these essential muscle building protein foods. Not only are they great for your body, but taste delicious too. (Who said losing weight and gaining muscle had to taste bad?).

“Ask not what you can do for your country. Ask what’s for lunch.”

― Orson Welles

Eggs

Eggs make for the perfect breakfast, sporting 7 grams of protein and other essential nutrients. While these cheap, delicious protein packers may have gotten a bad reputation due to their high levels of cholesterol, the fact of the matter is the yolk shouldn’t be left out. Instead, reduce cholesterol in other safe and healthy ways as the yolk of an egg is jam-packed with vitamins and minerals that are very beneficial.

Red Meat

Red meat is one of the most loved ways to indulge in high amounts of protein. If you’re worried about getting enough food with protein, simply up your intake of grass fed animals and enjoy hamburgers and steaks on a regular basis. Red meat is not only very high in protein but includes other beneficial nutrients such as vitamin B-12 and Omega 3’s.

Turkey

Turkey is another delicious meat (white, not red) that is packed full of protein. White turkey is also low in saturated fat, with close to 0 grams per serving (contrary to other meats with around 4.5 grams per 100 grams). Meat lovers should try and switch up their protein filled diet plans, having a burger at one sitting and a turkey meal the next.

Salmon

Sporting 20 grams of protein per serving, salmon is the best option when it comes to protein-packed fish. But don’t just settle for farm-raised salmon. Try and order wild salmon at all occasions. Wild salmon is supreme, with plenty of protein and tons of Omega 3’s.

Greek Yogurt

Feeling hungry? Need the perfect side dish at mealtime? No worries, greek yogurt has you covered. With lots of protein packed into small servings, greek yogurt is the ideal in-between snack. If greek yogurt is a bit too bland for your taste buds, try mixing the yogurt with your favorite fruits. Some common combinations include strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, which makes a delicious treat with an added boost of nutrients. Can also be used as a protein-rich dessert!
Nuts

Another great snack idea with plenty of protein is nuts- and any nut will do. Whether you’re into cashews, hazelnuts, almonds or the likes, you can grab a handful and be pleasantly surprised with the amount of protein you’re ingesting. Not to mention there are lots of other benefits such as good fats, fiber, zinc, and magnesium.

Good news is you can find many of the above food at Amazon. So why not take the advantage of an Amazon discount code to save on your diet now?

Female Bodybuilder: Steroids Gave Me a Penis :)

A FEMALE gym junkie has revealed how she now looks like a man after developing a steroid addiction which mutated her body.

Candice Armstrong, who used to be a pretty blonde, has been left with stubble, broad shoulders and a one-inch penis, after using the drug in a desperate attempt to improve her shape.

The former London barmaid said her nightmare began two years ago when she joined a gym to improve her physique.

Ms Armstong, who suffers from body dysmorphia, revealed she would work out for three hours a day and was convinced her upper body was too slender.

But despite people telling her she was developing great biceps, it wasn't enough.

When a fellow gym fanatic suggested using steroids, she went for it, but soon developed an addiction to daily doses of the steroid Trenbolone.

Ms Armstrong told British tabloid The Sunday People she only started using the drug because she hated her body, but now things were a thousand times worse.

In fact the drug altered her body so much that her clitoris grew into a one-inch penis, she developed facial hair, acne and even began walking like a man.

The transition was so extreme she now dresses in men's clothes so she isn't mistaken for a man in drag and now avoids women's toilets.

"Now I look like a man and I hate it. Even my own mother has told me I'm not pretty any more," she said.

"I don't want to become a man, I just want to be normal. I stopped having any sort of sex drive for men. I tried having sex with a girl but that didn't do anything for me either. So it's not like it has turned me lesbian."

Ms Armstrong said she felt like the steroids had made things a million times worse. Picture: Facebook

Ms Armstrong said she thought the drug would make her training more effective, but has now developed an addiction which has changed her body to such an extent even her GP asked if she was undergoing a sex change.

"I used to get a lot of attention from men. Now very few people find me attractive. But I can't say I miss sex. I have no sex drive and I'm more insecure than ever," she said.

She added she was now trying to beat her addiction, but still works out for at least three hours a day.

Ms Armstrong said she just wants to be normal.

The below tranformation once again shows that steroids work on pretty much ANYBODY.

Jim Cordova - We Don't Believe You Are a Natural Bodybuilder

Unless you are new to this site you probably know by now that Jim Cordova is not a "natural" bodybuilder despite his claims. Cordova is about 170 lbs at 5'8 or about 20+ pounds over his natural bodyweight. You can also see the obvious thickness, dryness and overall muscle quality represented by this man - you can't look like that naturally and there is only one way to get to that level...

“Above all, don't lie to yourself. The man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point that he cannot distinguish the truth within him, or around him, and so loses all respect for himself and for others. And having no respect he ceases to love.”

― Fyodor Dostoyevsky, The Brothers Karamazov

Frank Zane - well known steroid abuser and former Mr. Olympia was 5'9 and his bodyweight was 185lbs in contest condition. So, Mr. Natural Muscles has similar physique to Frank Zane who was overdosing on everything you can think of ? Think again.

The "secret" to Jim Cordova's body are good genetics and quality drugs. That's it. Don't think even for a second that there are some undergound, unheard before training methods that will turn you into something similar. Here's what the Dr. Layne Norton has to say on the subject:

(Click on the image in order to zoom in)

This is how this cult works - one liar defends another one ! They stick together but NOT as musketeers...not at all - they ressemble little bitches who have built their self-esteem on fake social status and steroid induced bodies...

How come "natural" bodybuilders are getting as big as previous Mr. Olympias (Frank Zane)? What changed ? New training methods, better nutrition, better supplements ? Don't make me laugh.

Fuck you all.

Aaron Curtis - We Don't Believe You Are A "Natural Bodybuilder"

“Thinking something does not make it true. Wanting something does not make it real.”

― Michelle Hodkin, The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer

Aaron Curtis will be the next addition to my hall of fake natural bodybuilders. Why ? He just ain't "natural".

According to the information I found on bodybuilding.com Aaron Curtis a.k.a. iron_curtis has the following measurements:

Height: 5'11;
Weight: About 190 lbs;
Arms: 17 inches;
Legs: 26 inches;
Body fat %: Low as hell;

In real life a true natural bodybuilder at 5'11 will be about 175lbs at 5% bodyfat - those are statistics only achievable by the genetically gifted and hard working athletes. Aaron Curtis has about 15-20lbs more mass than a natural would have. However it does not end here. A natural bodybuilder will never ever present the hardness and dryness you see in the above picture without the use of some "supplementation". It just can't happen and millions of delusional bodybuilders are proving my point each day. Generation after generation of naive young males are looking up to those fake naturals and wondering: "After 10 years of consistent work maybe I will have a body like that ?" Think again !

Here's what GH15 from getbig.com thinks about Aaron Curtis:

Note: I am aware that GH15 is/was a drug dealer and most likely has suffered severe brain damage or at least types like he did but there is a lot of truth in some of his posts.

you fellas are ****ING CRAZY ,, actualy you are not none of you think he is natural or clean lol good ,,

this fella IS THE PRIME PRIME PRIME EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE WHO IS THE JON CENA CYCLES...everything...is doen like jon cena did back when he was trying to do bodybuild and failed to get anywhere...SAME EXACT THIGN!,,

its just how this generation works...

Mischa Janiec (Polska Genetics) Is NOT Natural

I've been asked whether Mischa Janiec a.k.a Polska Genetics is really a natural bodybuilder as he claims.The answer is of course: NO

Mischa Janiec is 6'2 (about 190cm) tall and weights 230lbs or 105kg. I don't know his bodyfat percentage but 14% looks about right. At the same time Arnold Schwarzenegger used to compete at 230lbs and 5-7% BF. It turns out that you can get close to Arnold's level pretty easily if you have "polska genetics". sorry, my friends, but it's not the case.

Mischa Janiec is no stranger to synthetic hormones a.k.a steroids a.k.a "juice". The "wonder kid" has solid amount of cycles behind his back since it's physically impossible for a human being to reach that level of muscular development without some help. For more clarity you can read this post: Bodybuilding Dirty Little Secrets.

Mischa Janiec and other "natural" bodybuilders such as the HodgeTwins, Matt Ogus, Scooby1961...etc are following the same plan for making money:

Step 1:  Use moderate amount of steroids to build a physique that is far above average but not that big that even the kids can say that you are not a natural bodybuilder. About 200-220lbs at 5'10-6'3 seems about right if you also have bodyfat between 8-12%.

Step 2: Create a YouTube channel where you repeat all the bullshit about bodybuilding such as: creatine does that, crossfit does this, how to do pull-ups, how to make your dick go up...etc. Same old, same old. Make sure that you have a stupid catch phrase like: "Do whatever da f* you wanna do !"

Step 3: Make you own website and keep claiming you are a natural bodybuilder even though you are no stranger to needles in your gluteus maximus area.

Step 4: Unite with other fitness channels part of the online bodybuilding mafia. After all if liars do not back each other who will do it for them.

Step 5: Make shitload of money.

That's it and your boy Mischa Janiec is doing the same thing. He will never admit to you he is not a natural bodybuilder (like everybody else) since by having a natural status you naturally (hahaha) attract more people to your channel and more people equal more traffic which equals more revenue from advertisement which is the actual the goal of all.

Bodybuilding Is a Shallow Sport

The reason why bodybuilders don't make that much money, even at the top, is quite simple - money come from people who watch the shows and supplement companies sponsoring the events. The top prizes in bodybuilding are a complete joke given how much financial support bodybuilders need for their preparation - steroids, foods and growth hormone. Why is that ?

Bodybuilding is not a popular sport. It's considered a stupid cult by the general public. Are you surprised that most people find shaved oiled man with testicles the size of a peanut pathetic ?

Not, really.

The life of a pro-bodybuilder can be summarized in the following sentences:

Get-up, take all the drugs you take, eat. Train. Shoot insulin in your belly, go home, eat, inject more drugs, take something to have an erection, log online and talk shit to the haters, lie to teenagers so that their parents buy supplements and get paid...

Eat Clen Tren Hard

There was never ever anything particularly profound about bodybuilding. It's a shallow activity meant to cover for emotional holes, fears and hurt egos.

It's not doing a good job so far.

The Boss Does Not Care About You

Your boss does not care about you despite what he/she is saying. According to my observations employers look at employees like they are just a copy machine - the more durable, efficient and cheaper it is - the better !

Most of the time companies have no problem replacing their employees like a broken copy machine. It happens quite often - just ask for a salary raise and you may feel it !

"No man goes before his time - unless the boss leaves early."

- Groucho Marx

Sadly, this is the truth. I used to have a boss who was the definition of a "dick" even though it was a "she". She would always disrespect her employees despite their loyalty and hard work and would replace them when necessary regardless of their position or time they've dedicated to the company. I remember when one of my colleagues got sick and had to stop working for a few months - that really uncool lady cut his salary in half and almost fired him.

That's the way it is.

Bosses gonna boss.

Be aware.

They See Me Rollin' They Hatin'

Recently I received some hate comments from Mr. Lyle McDonald a.k.a The Keto Guy. It seems that Mr. Science Boy has a huge ego and cannot take a simple joke without getting really mad. I guess that's who he is.
I am not the first person on the Internet who got in a "fight" with the guy. Actually, I do agree with a lot of the stuff he says and I approve the way he argues with sellouts like Christian Thibaudeau from T-Nation.

Here is the comment Lyle McDonald left on my post: Why I hate Lyle Mc Donald.

I'm happy you like my article Lyle

He also started this thread on his forum: Best Detransformations In Bodybuilding.

Thanks for the attention, Lyle ! And since you are wondering who I am: I will tell you: I am IronGangsta.

Remember that.

Don't Be Afraid To Stop Training

For a very long time I have observed the following phenomenon in bodybuilding: bodybuilders seem to be afraid to stop training. They think their bodies will turn into garbage after they stop lifting weigths for a few weeks, miss a meal or don't take their supplement stack. All of this is of course not true.

Let me tell you this - as a natural bodybuilder you will look pretty much the same after you stop training for a few months. The thing that will actually have negative impact on your physique would be a bad diet or the lack of steroids (if you were taking steroids in the first place). Training comes last. Many people will hate what I will say but there are 100s of skinny people backing me up as an example:

- hypertrophy (muscle growth) is a side effect of training, not it's main purpose

Hypertrophy is a very limited process. There is only so much muscle you can gain. Sorry, but this is the truth and morons who buy every new supplement out there and train six times a week prove it. Give up already ! It ain't gonna happen despite what the HodgeTwins are selling you. They are all fakes !

Random picture !

Don't be afraid to stop training if you need to. Unless you start eating twice as much as before or twice as little chances are you won't see a difference in your body composition for a very long time. There are teens out there who cannot sleep well if they miss a protein shake. (Note: Your dick size is not dependant on protein.)

Sick but true.

The Art Of Manipulation

To me manipulation is a game/art with one goal in mind - make people do what you want them to do while they believe they do it all for themselves.

The most commonly observed form of manipulation happens between "lovers". We all know that bitch (works for both males and females) that likes to play games with your emotions and feelings while he/she is only trying to use you for something, usually money or sex.

"Public relations is at best promotion or manipulation, at worst evasion and outright deception. What it is never about is a free flow of information."

- Heather Brooke

When people are in love they are in fact very vulnerable because it's very easy to misunderstand the whole situation and get hurt.

It happens every day.....

Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up.

-Neil Gaiman

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another serious form of this art is the media induced manipulation. This is a very dangerous one since the media can have serious impact on the human subconscious mind.

The movie Wag The Dog (1997) is a good example of how strong the media can be - it's called Fourth Estate for a good reason.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please, in the comment section share a manipulation story. We've all been puppets at one point or another !
