CrossFit - Worst Form I've Ever Seen


I've never done cross-fit. I've done a lot of shit but I am happy I skipped that one. However I want talk about the effectiveness of the program and will just focus on presenting you the best way hurt yourself while exercising. 







In my opinion doing push-ups with proper form would be more effective than this outer crap.
