A Glimpse From the Past: Retro Exercise Equipment (30 photos)

Today IronGangsta presents photos of old commercial, selling exercise equipment, as well as other retro imagies showing how people used to train back in the day. It's interesting to see how the old fat melting gimimicks used to look in the past.

Truth be told, the retro images have some kind of warm that is hard to match in modern over edited magazines.

  1. what were those belt massagers used for? I remember seeing them in reg park's gym when i was a kid. As an aside, one thing remains constant with this equipment: useless and always displayed with a hottie....500 years from now I bet hotties are still used to sell fitness equipment haha

  2. The hair/clothing styles change as do the nature of the gadgets but one constant never changes, virtually all of them are worthless and a waste of money.

The more things change the more they stay the same.
